Elios does not take custody or control of user funds or crypto-assets, does not execute or intermediate transactions on behalf of users, and is not a counterparty to any transaction conducted through third-party protocols or blockchain networks. All decentralized finance (“DeFi”) transactions are initiated by users and occur directly on applicable blockchain networks or through third-party smart contracts and protocols. Elios does not provide financial, investment, payment, banking, custodial, exchange, brokerage, or other regulated services.
